What's the point in bringing up how democrats felt about race years ago? They are dead. If we want to go back in time the two parties we have now were actually one: the Democratic-Republican party and it was pro-slavery. It was the Federalist party that was abolitionist. And why is the Republican party today so full of those southerners who used to be democrats? Because the Democratic party became the champion of civil rights. History is great, when you don't omit facts.
Anyway, that was a nice, not too informative and heavily biased rant, which doesn't change the fact that Trump made a racially based insult against the mother of an American war hero. You know, you might have had a point of sorts if you actually posted something racist from Hilary. You know, the person running against him. Maybe it's just me but how she feels about race seems more relevant than how Andrew Jackson felt.

I think democrats are morally corrupt too. To say that wife of Mr Khan was not allowed to speak seems to be truth because it goes with the code of Sharia where women in Sharia are not allowed to do so. If you think supporting people who pointying out oppression of women is racist then so be it. It never ceases to amaze me that people would vote for Hillary who says that she supports women yet does not pay them equal pay as man, does not speak on behalf of Muslim women who are not allowed to drive, talk to strangers unless permitted by man, women in Sharia law are subject to honor killing, clitorectomies, must wear hijabs and burkas, . Females should not greet or shake hands with males, are subject to arranged marriages, Muslim women are property of man and are inferior to them, man can and suppose to beat women to "discipline" them ...So does Islam oppress women ? Is that being pointed out by Hillary who champions herself as women rights liberator?
“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them refuse to share their beds, beat them; but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means: For Allah is Most High, great (above you all).” (Qur’an 4:34)
“And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with it, and do not break your oath…” (Qur’an 38:44)
“…but when Umar came to the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: Women have become emboldened towards their husbands, he (the Prophet) gave permission to beat them.” (Abu Dawud 2141)
And what about abortion. Muslims are biggest anti abortion proponents. Where is Hillary pointing all this out. Is that "morally corrupt"? I think so. You know why she does not speak against that? Because she is afraid to lose Muslim votes.
Yet you focus on Trump pointing this all out. Trump said that Mr. Khan's son was hero. But liberal media ignores that. They rather call Trump racist. That serves their agenda better.
Personally I thin Mr Khan is disgrace because he is using his hero son as a political token on behalf Hillary who is too cowardly to speak against oppression of women and other atrocities Sharia law requires to be performed as rule not just against women but also against gays and Christians, Jews ( is that racist? what say you?) and against each other.
I think to vote for Hillary is more 'morally corrupt' then to vote for Trump. I am just pointing this out without saying whom I am voting for. What I am saying lets not be one sided here. If you want to see faults of candidates do not look just on the opponent of your party candidate but ,..well look both ways. Try to be objective and see the faults on all sides . This is not a baseball game where we cheer for one team . This is about our future.

@ Prager, Hillary is for equality for women, not sure where you got the idea she is not? It is a ridiculous claim by republicans again......

Hillary has visited many places as Secretary of State to fight for women's rights including supporting the only woman village in Kenya called Umoja. She petitioned to get protection for the women since the men in the area were hell bent on punishing the women. She has consistently voted or sponsored bills for women's rights and family friendly policies while she was in the Senate. She has championed women's rights and family friendly policies as First Lady and Secretary of State. She has introduced the Global Health Initiative and raised millions for it all to help women in all countries to gain access to comprehensive health care including all aspects of reproductive health care, and yes that includes abortion and birth control. She has championed education for women and to stop female genital mutilation and forced child marriages. I could go on but I am sure you can look up the unbiased sources just like I can lol......
No longer @ Prager ()
Trump's own party has members who are not only not voting for him but voting for Hillary instead. His own party is trying to find legal means to make him step down as their candidate. Don't have to believe me, just rearch it.......

It only seems like truth to you because it speaks to your prejudices. And that's what's really disgusting about Trump supporters, he really appeals to the worst in America, their hatred for Muslims is so strong that they will look past the fact that a man who wants to be commander in chief insulted the mother of an American war hero. They'll look past the fact he mocked POWs. And they think he cares about the average American citizen? He doesn't even care about the best among us, the ones who are better than he could ever hope to be.
