Thats why I gave you two specific rules examples from NAPWDA and NNDDA. They have a defined obedience phase, protection phase and detection phase and must be earned on the same day. How is that not IPO, when the SV rules for DH acceptance do not define what is required in each phase?

It is required - according to IPO.
Once again - try it, but I´m sure you´ll fail.
