Start a new thread or let it go.

@bzcz, providing the OP with some idea of what's out there, VENUE WISE, is way better than simply telling them "just go do nosework, tracking, obedience, etc."
Thanks to your input, they should now have some idea that doing tracking or scent work, with an organized group, is not going to be as simple as signing up for an obedience class at their local Park & Rec.

Honestly does it really matter what the OP does to bond with this dog as long as it's something they enjoy together. Does it really matter how difficult one venue is compared to another? Geez...........

No it doesn't.

Animals/Dogs do go through a time of morning...So just be aware of this and let her greive...But at the same time you can do things with her...For instance I would treat her like I do any new dog...and that is to Feed her...Spend time with her...Walk her on leash...If she's eat some food/treats out of your hands then give her some of these as your out with her (snacks can be anything that she enjoys...like hot dogs...cheese...etc)...You can also begin to play with her a little...with a ball or some sort of toy she might enjoy...
You can't go backwards and spend time thinking of the past...You must move forward and do things with her...This will help your bonding process and help keep her mind on the moment and not the past...
The worst thing you can do for her or to her is to feel sorry for her...Just move forward at her pace...Try new things with her and enjoy your time together...
