And while PSA produces more of a "realistic" protection dog....it is still a sport. We are talking about a PPD (Personal Protection Dog), which is what you said you wanted, who needs to be with you in public to be useful.
A PSA dog can be taken from kennel to training field if that is his only purpose.

Why do you insist that vehemently on genetics at all? It doesn´t matter if the behavior is genetic, caused by environment, or ( like in most cases ) caused by both - you are responsible for your dog, and you have to train the dog for its best. There is no excuse for bad behavior, be it based on genetics, or be it based on lack of training.
You chose this dog, you raised this dog, you are responsible for this dog, you already recognized that there are way more "easier" dogs out there, although they do "function" very well, now you are searching for "excuses" based on genetics.
A dog in society has to behave, in case it doesn´t, it´s your fault, not the dog´s. Either you didn´t train accordingly, or the dog you chose doesn´t fit in the surrounding you are living in. In both cases not the dog´s fault...
It really doesn´t matter if your dog does have a reversed mask or not, the same eye color as any prominent ancestor, or maybe the same tailset, size, or earset - only her behavior ( based on your training ) matters, and you already missed a lot of time.

if it would help the understanding..the dam is also reverse masked and very aggressive; I believe she works as an active patrol dog in one of the Southern States."

Haha, good catch BW. The tale (or tail?) is getting better....
All conjecture may be put to rest upon video posting, then we may start to offer advice which was the reason (or was it?) for this post.

Mithuna when looking at your girls pedigree is shows that she has progeny who is now about a year old.
Did you continue to linebreed on the same male that gave her the reverse mask and aggression and does he have her temperament.
Are there any training issues with him

Has this dog been bred?
