Chewing means he needs something to chew.  So I give him something to chew on and remove what I don't want him to chew on.  I will spray apple bitter if I can't remove the item.

If it's pulling, prong collar on walks with lots of changes in direction. 

For aggression - if it's there then it's a matter of learning to control the aggression.  Basically the dog is taught when it can be aggressive and when it can't.  The exact method of correcting depends on the dog.

My terrier has opportunities when he can chase things and when he can be aggressive.  But he also knows there are times when he can't.  He's a great hunter, but I am able to walk him past squirrels in the park without him lunging for them - of course he may need a little verbal reinforcement not to go after the critters.
