I had an oops experience similar to Ruger1 where I wished the ground swallowed me up there and then......it was so embarassing, never again

I complimented a german guy holidaying in Cyprus for taking his mum along for the trip!!!  I misheard him addressing her as mon in our conversation.  More than just Oops!
More a plonker!!!

    poseidon...

LOL...That is a good way to describe the feeling,...( wishing the ground would swallow me up )...Not much worse then insinuating a man's wife looks old enough to be his mum...Oh that's bad...lol...; )

Ruger1, their age was nearly 30 years apart which made it far worse for me for openning up my gop!   My guess was he is in his mid 30's.

Seems to me he got himself arrested on purpose.

I mean, people get arrested for sleeping on park benches or parked cars. Something just as harmless seeming as dancing, but you see, there is such a thing as "the right place at the right time."

Baby Eagle, try again with a real Oops!
