Zvezdan cener (Admi edit No Scam/ripoff committed) - Page 1

I purchased two dogs from zvezdan cener, after receiving my dogs he kept saying he sent my paperwork, I would look for it in the mail and it never came this happened to me time after time. I finally had a friend contact the right people and I got my paperwork without his help. He owes me 800 dollars, kept coming up with excuses why he couldn't pay it. Then he said if I sell a female for him he would pay me.... He has stopped answering all my messages and just decided he's not responsible for anything. He is not an honest man or business person and I want everyone to know so he doesn't do this to anyone else.

Why does he owe you $800 did you send him more than needed.

Thanks for the info I was thinking about purchasing 2 year old IPO 1 female he recently listed. No wonder he hasn't emailed me additional info that I requested on her from him. You would think he would have the info available if he wanted to make a sale.

Thank you Riohaus.  I searched the site and so far the only complaint I have found is the one from Southern imports

He owes me $800 because that was what he agreed to send to me for taking so many months on my paperwork and never actually getting it to me. We both agreed on that amount to make things right. I know he does a lot of advertising on this site also he has a big Facebook presence.

I don't do facebook so to speak so have no idea what he does there 

Yes he has several Ads here and been a member for some time and as I stated before no complaints except for yours not even settled ones.
