wellllllllll, I can only speak for myself,  I don't know if Max is famous or not, but I do know without a doubt I am NOT famous, in fact I'm probably about the least significant in  the sport and GSDs, but I have enjoyed Max's contributions to the board, and he has never been less than courteous to me, so  I hope he sticks around, because I have a lot to learn.

Can't we all just get along?

Sue, I was trying to be civil and added a post contributing in a positive manner. If someone wants to continue with the BS, by all means.

Many were not on World teams but did achieve excellence   in  our dog community..

IMO, the list of top trainers would include certain criteria in addition to their competitive accomplishments. What do they give back in terms of helping others achieve their goals in the sport, including high competition. If they don't "reach back," what do they contribute? Les Flores, Ivan Balabanov,Mike Diehl are among those who can point to others they have helped up onto excellence on the field as trainer/handlers and/or helpers.
