Sounds like a match because I was told that Nitro was not from Cincy PD but from a Twp near Cincy.
I am from Franklin OH and I picked Kobe up at Service K-9 Centre. (Alp K.)

How old is your dog?
He might be a littermate to mine. We tatooed the litter for Brett. We're in N.KY.
