Thank you Silbersee for your offer of help. I thought that the Olex's owner's email must not work, but others have indicated that it does indeed work. I don't want to inconvenience the man, its his right to not be bothered.

Hmmmmm??? Has anyone maybe considered that Olex may be shooting blanks? Not saying he is, but it is a possibility?

I talked to the vet who did the 1st analysis (Olex's owner did it on his own - not one apparently asked him to do it) and the results were what Diane posted. We use this vet as well - she is very thorough and ethical. And he tested him again a few months later, just recently, at another vet. Maybe he is being selective.....

Fancy that...you mean to say that this might be a stud owner who actually recognizes that it doesn't do the dog any justice to use him on anything with a registration, even if the bitch is titled, surveyed, etc.? One who might actually give consideration to the lineage of the proposed mate and how that background would combine with the stud dog's lineage? I've heard of such creatures...you just don't find them all that often. If that's the case with the owner of this dog, then hat's off to him or her.

I noticed in an earlier post that olex's owner was listed as Jonathan Richard.This is the name of a person who was being blasted on this site in late 2004 for ripping off numerous people in the states and nationally.He was allegedly selling dogs and not delivering them.There was an awful lot of postings, i can"t seem to find them on this site any more. I believe his kennel was VOM LOWENBRULLEN.Perhaps that is why his name isn"t appearing on this site regarding ownership of Olex. Perhaps? I see the contact is r chris richard ???
