"What I can never understand or get over is the moron holding the camera and filming instead of jumping in and helping. The dipshit was yelling "drown the dog" while 3 woman were trying to separate the dog and seal. Geez, put down your friggin camera and lend a hand. What a loser and a coward! That crap always amazes me when people stand by and watch, but to stand by and film.......What a *&##^."
So let me get this straight...a random person on the beach with probably zero dog experience is a loser and a coward because he won't intervene and try to pull a dog off of a seal but police officers who shoot a K9 whose partner is down because none of them is man enough to take a bite to try to get control of the dog are not. Do I have that right?

You have that wrong. A strong sounding man stood around holding a camera watching clueless girls freakout while unable to release the bite of a pitbull killing a baby seal. It has not a thing to do with cops on a job.
