And as far as the gunshots . If you would read my post it had nothing to do with the BH , There was no gun shots by anyone with the trial ) gunfire was outside the trial grounds ) Anyone who has been to Lyle's club can tell you that the people who live on the other side of the road will always shoot their guns to upset the people at his club just because they can . So yes someone did fire their gun 3 times . My dog was on his long down and ran to the blind on the 3rd shot .

BTW I WILL POST THE VIDEO OF THE BH ON MY WEB SITE IN THE NEXT DAY OR SO www.spd-k9.com

Timothy, can you please remove all of the open videos that you have on your site? It slows up my web browser (Im not unfortunate to have a fast computer as you) each time I visit your site I must quickly stop each video that is on your site so that my web browser doesn't crash.

You were arrested and charged with a total of 3 counts. Tampering with records x2 and impersonating a police officer. You signed a plea that if they dismissed two counts you would plead to one as part of the plea agreement and do 90 days in jail. But, in rpaulson52's defense, your criminal history / court records are lengthy enough that unless you were an attorney or a police officer it would be hard to follow. You WERE in jail as part of a plea agreement /guilty conviction that initially was charged as Impersonating a Police Officer. That means you weren't found "not guilty", it was just vacated as part of the plea, or you would've been taken to trial. And you sir, are no one to tell anyone how to do anything involving the English language.

In Quotation marks, from Helser's website: "The dog will not learn if he senses that the trainer is always angry." (Helser seems angry all the time.) "ETHICS BEFORE PROFIT" (Ethics? Including posting strings of vulgarities and criminal records?) .... "No trainer should ever feel the need to blow his own horn." (That's all he does.) ..." Let the quality and the results speak for themselves." (Waiting on those) "...**A WORD OF WARNING** Unless a dog trainer comes highly recommended to you by ** at least ** one reliable source, the bottom line for the consumer is BUYER BEWARE! Remember that anyone can call himself a dog trainer or a "Canine Behavioral Modification Specialist". Slick ads with inflated claims, grandiose self-descriptions, and impressive sounding titles can be very deceptive. If a trainer claims to be affiliated with an organization (past or present) or claims to have "studied" with well-known dog trainers or behaviorists, ask for their telephone numbers and contact them to be sure and do not be shy about it." (HE SAID IT!!! Now people are asking, and he's getting defensive...) "NOTE: Avoid trainers that try to sound impressive. A common ploy for some trainers is to attend a couple of one or two-day seminars or workshops (or just fill out the paperwork) with a well known dog expert (or University), then claim to have studied with that person (or that institution). Another ploy is to make a claim that they are certified by an organization or licensed by the state for dog training. There is no state in the country that issues a license for dog training and any certification by an organization means absolutely nothing except to the members of that organization! And just because a person went to a particular school does not mean that they graduated. Also, verify how many years the trainer you are considering has been training professionally. While years alone are not enough to determine a trainer's level of experience in and of itself, it certainly says a lot. A FINAL NOTE: Beware of dog trainers who care more about publicity, public relations, and celebrities, than they care about your dog and the quality of training they provide. Many professional dog trainers have worked with celebrities and high-profile people. If the trainer seems totally preoccupied with dropping names..." (T Floyd, "Lyle", etc), "and bills himself as the "Trainer to the Stars"..." (or Master Trainer) "..., or something that says little or nothing about his ability as a dog trainer, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, if you feel that something does not seem right..." (read all the threads on Helser and think carefully about it) "... or this trainer seems to good to be true or he/she offers too much too quick for the unbelievable low price of $$$, well... you know what to do..." (Talks a good game on his website at times! Wonder who actually wrote it. Compare it with all the threads here - including all his posts about himself. Night and day difference - and the ones that got removed were unbelievable...That's a great function - the "Search Messageboard"...)
