Could some one tell me what this designation means and also what IP1 or IPI means .....?

lbz after the KKl rating means "lifetime" - the dog got his lifetime breed survey rating. IPO 1,2,3 are titles the same/similar to SChh1,2,3 but international instead of German (SV).

no, IPO 1,2,3 are basically the same as SChh1,2,3 - not higher or better.
