pedigree info - Page 1

Hi, I just posted my dog's pic on this messageboard sometime back but dint add any pedigree info to it. I dont have a pedigree for my dog. But today I checked his pic again & saw that someone had added the pedigree info. Thats not true at all! Could someone tell me if its possible that anyone can alter the pedigree info on this site whether or not the dog is his/her's?? this is the link to my dog's pic; http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/473922.html Or, is someone just using my dog's pic? Hi Prashant This is a problem on this site that really needs addressing with the site owner. We have our dogs on here, and some time ago, some idiot put stupid names to them, and bad comments, changing their registerd names to suit. We went through the lot, and now keep an eye on things, but you are right, and most people think this ONLY THE OWNER OF THE DOG CONCERNED SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO CHANGE OR EVEN PUTTING THE DOG ON THE SITE. You're right Mo and it doesn't seem like it would be a big thing to be able to password a dog's picture and pedigree info.

I understand that this is a prob which everyone on this board might b facing. I guess the owner of this board shud keep a check on this & add a password to changing/adding the pedigree info on this sight. Or, even changing the photo!!
