Anya H is one of the aliases she used to write bad reviews for my company when we never engaged in my business.
She also sent an email from the name Anya Hurtz (not the same email she typically uses.)

Apparently Zorikova has moved her business to Texas according to a recent text she sent.
She said her lawsuit will be based in whatever state the seller resides in.
Then asked if I have a lawyer in Texas . . .

If she's crossed state lines, jurisdictionally, there are some bigger players that might be able to get involved, now, and they have a lot of resources locals don't. There can be huge repercussions for violating Federal agency regulations and in Federal civil court.

 

Texas doesn't play when it comes to harassment and threats, no matter how they're communicated.
