severe nose bleeding sincew las tmonth - Page 1

My GSD male has nose bleeding since last month ,took him to vet for treatment but in vane. yesterday i took him to to abig city in Multan and vet gave some injection and capsols fir oral . pls let me know some reason and remedy as i am in pakistan and there is no such specialist .

Can be very bad, a sign of a tumor in the nasal cavity. Have you had him xrayed?

There can be several reasons and none avoid. I would be concerned about a tumor or foreign body (foxtail). There are some bleeding disorders that can also cause it. He needs a full wot up at a competent vet,

Our first GSD had them very bad too. Had a bunch of expensive tests done and couldn't find any thing. Turned out to be a medicine that is called ppa. It is used to help bladder control caused maybe by having them spayed.
