NYC finally approved an animal abuse registry that Mayor Bloomberg originally vetoed. Michigan and Illinois are attempting to follow suit. Hopefully a nation wide registry for CONVICTED animal abusers will be available to animal control, breeders, veterinarians, and animal rescues.
