When I am researching pedigree's with photo ops, I've noticed the stack up
pictures are air brushed ever so slightly on the top side. Or the grass is so vibrant
green and lush it covers the entire ankle/foot. There is a subtle line that I've been
able to detect on some of these still photographs. Sometimes, my inquiring mind
begins to say, "is this for real!?'
But I really enjoy the random shots when they are working and they are foaming
at the mouth and lunging at the agitator. I've enjoyed the action shots on PDB.
The random shots seem to reflect the personality of the subject.
Has there ever been a year end photo award for the best action, random, or couch
potato award on PDB and everyone votes for their fav?

Some time people have unsightly things photoshopped out of pix. Leads, handler's foot, dog pooping in the background.
People who are not highly skilled with Photoshop often make the using the Clone tool and repeating the pattern too often. Creating a fake area. Or they brighten up the colors, making a slightly washed out photo look richer.
Nothing wrong with a little photo retouching as long as it doesn't become a bit lie about whats in the photo.

PDB has a favorite and least fav forum post.
So why not give it a shot for 2014 on a fav
photo? The categories can be on family,
random, confirmation, working and so forth.

Of course, you would have PDB (Admins) blessing. I know
how enormous a cherished photo is to a loving, doting
(parent) owner. It could be fun!
