THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS AFTER THE SALE! IMO, THE SALE IS NOT OVER UNTIL PAPERS ARE IN HAND! Papers were Supposedly mailed 55 days ago and they will not even confirm the address they mailed them to! NO RESPONSE! NO EMAIL! I even tried to skype and call them! Nothing!

What makes it worse is that I received their dogs for sale email almost weekly!!!!

So angry! I will hire a lawyer if I get no response after Friday!

They have someone who translates for them.

If you need someone to write to them I will do it. I will even call them (if you cover the phone bill)

PM me with what you need from them and I assure you, I will get a hold of them for you.

Once papers took 3.5 months to get from Czech Republic to my mail box.
I was at the point of getting duplicates when they finally arrived.
It was from another breeder, I don't have experience with Anerbri.

I hope that's the case SitasMom! I have always gotten them in 10 days for the time they sent them but I guess they could get caught up in customs!!! It would be really nice if they would just communicate with you, a simple reassurance or email acknowledging your worried since they have not arrived....

They stop emailing you after they have your money even before there was even a problem!

I wanted to update this thread and let everyone know that I finally did receive this dogs papers yesterday!

Never once did the seller (Anrebri) reply to us even when writing them letters in their own language!

Happy to learn that you received your papers. Seems that the delayed length of time it takes to receive papers from Anrebri is the norm for this particular kennel. If I were getting something from them, I honestly wouldn't worry about it so quickly. In the end the buyers always receive their papers and that a good thing. Has anyone bought from them and NEVER received registration paper work which prevented them from being registered at all? Just asking.

The length of time was not a concern. I would have quietly waited a year or more and have for imported dogs as this time frame is "normal" for dogs imported from the Czech Republic.

The FACT IS they told me the papers were mailed on June 12, 2013, this was a blatant lie! I found this out by contacting the registry 30 days after I did not receive the papers, at which time Anrebri's translator told me I should have had them already! The CMKU told me the export pedigree was not even prepared/requested!

The other FACT is the poor communication after the cash is in hand.

Was GSDpack of assistance? I think she deserves credit even if she wasn't for at least being willing to help. And if she was then her efforts should be publicly noted.
