Mr. Nikola Nenadovic is a dishonest person who lies in order to sell dogs.
I purchased a female German Shepherd from him after we agreed to shipping and payment terms. Without informing me he sent a different female without any papers. He later said he would return my money or send the dog I purchased. Ever since then (almost 5 months) he has been delaying resolving this matter. Recently I have found out that the female I purchased was sold to Germany. I know who purchased the dog and that he has her papers. I have sent emails to Mr. Nenadovic over the last few weeks telling him this information but he has not responded even though I informed him I would be contacting the SV, FCI, and FSS. I also intend to look into legal action through Serbian officials.
I can support these statements with bank statements showing payment and copies of numerous emails in which the purchase is discussed and finalized along with his words saying that he would correct the problem. Mr. Nenadovic visits this site as he advertises dogs for sale. He uses at least two identifications and phone numbers. Mr. Nenadovic is not to be trusted. He is a fraud.

Is the dog in question TANNY FEETBACK ??? I saw Nikola's post before about this female, and was told by another breeder not to buy any dogs from this man
If the female you are talking about, TANNY has been shown in Germany 3 TIMES, already, and a friend in Germany has told me she is owned by a german now , from the show catolog I would go to the SV If TANNY is the dog we are talking about, Then YOUR dog TANNY was sold to another person after you bought her from MR. Nenadovic

Thank you for your comments. In answering your question, the female is Tany Feetback. You are fortunate to have listened to your friend. As I mentioned in my post I do intend to contact the SV, FCI and the German Shepherd organization in Serbia. Hopefully they will take steps to against him. There are wide variety and number of penalties they can impose. At the very least, I will do all that I can to help others from suffering similar consequences by sharing my dealings on this site, others like it, and on various social networks.
