I am writing you with my concerns with unlawful business practices that are being conducted by an individual who is part of Germanys law enforcement by the name of Fredrick Houfbaur.
I was told nothing but wonderful things about dealing with this man when it came to purchasing dogs for sport. After attempting to do business with Mr. Houfbaur I could not disagree more. We had an agreement that he would find me a dog of my liking and I would send money to purchase. The day after my money transaction was made I found the dog I had purchased for over $6,200 was flawed. I contacted Mr. Houfbaur with my concerns, he offered to find me another dog that was of better quality that fit the money he received and I agreed thinking he would make right of his wrong doing. Weeks went by and I received no confirmation on a new dog. After much frustration I asked to be reimbursed. Mr. Houfbaur agreed. It has now been over 4 months and I have not seen or heard anything. I have tried to contact him myself on numerous occasions and I have been avoided
So Just wanting to warn everyone about this guy he is a CROOK, If offers you a dog RUN~
i have contacted the attorney General, Prosecuting attorneys, I have even sent a letter to his Chief.
