I'll take a stab at it. I've never commented before because I just don't feel confident enough or experienced enough.
Elbows- not a clue
Hips- Right hip looks slightly subluxated and the socket is not as deep as the left but the balls are nice and round, very uniform in size and shape. If I had to guess, I'd say good, maybe fair on a bad day due to the slight sublxation and socket depth. Having said that, it may appear subluxated and shallower due to position, though the xray itself looks like a well taken xray.
Would love to know what those more experienced think and how far off my amateur evaluation is :)

fair - right hip laxity
right elbow normal
left elbow grade 1, but maybe its the angle.
just my guess

Fair to good on hips; elbows I really don't feel confident enough to evaluate. Sorry. But good luck Nan

Sending them to the SV? If so, A2 on hips, don't know how to read elbows very well, but I don't see anything of concern, no UAP. Good luck.
