Thats pretty cool. Do you know of anyone who has actually received funding?
While funding for the foster dog I have now, Ive been amazed by the groups "offering" to fund dogs in need but the qualifications are just crazy and even worse, as in my case, if the dog has already had the surgery (because it was an emergency) I cannot qualify for much of anything. One site states that it offers grants for urgent/emergent but I didnt qualify because the surgery was too emergent and I couldnt wait.
I am seriously thinking about setting up a foundation where people can be granted money and not have some ridiculous rules to get the money.
