As some of you know, Mandy Tobani's owner requested Jaclyn to return her back to her right full owner. When I last saw the email she sent to him, she promised to send him the paperwork first and then the female when she is ready to be shipped as she was with a litter.

Tomas agreed.

Two months later, no dog, no papers. So as it it now, he has hired an attorney, since the fraud happened in Czech, the trial will be held in Czech Republic. He has submitted all the paperwork, it is under the investigation. This is international matter but since the fraud happened in Czech it will fall under Czech jurisdiction.
This is the previous thread started by Tomas Kozak

Tomas is suing for the female, two litters she has had in the US and financial damage caused by Jaclyn. As far as the ownership papers being signed over to Jaclyn, I would highly recommend all parties involved to read something about the Czech law, makes you better prepared as for what can come next. Since Jaclyn threatened to fix Mendy if Tomas keeps "harrasing" her and posting on here, he has informed the police and the attorney that if any alterations are done to Mendy, there will be additional sum added to compensate Tomas for destroying his "property".

He only wanted to let people know what was going on........ good luck. As far as I know all parties involved will be notified.

For myself: I am not involved in this matter except helping translate some documents. I also help translate an attorney advice on this end as Tomas wanted to make sure he proceeds accordingly and there are no hold ups because of the language barrier.

Very sorry to hear it has come to this.  Hope Tomas gets Mendy back.

As for spaying Mendy.....what purpose does it serve...other than an act of cruel vindictiveness on Jaclyn's part?

I'm curious....how would this affect the puppy owners?
If the litter was registered here with AKC and the owners have proof of ownership documentation what recourse does Tomas really have in that regard?
Can the AKC un-register the litter? Can they place restrictions on the puppies future litters? Can he demand payment from the puppy owners?

Tomas does not wish to harm the puppy owners in any way.
Therefore he is suing all parties- spouses as well as this is the best way to assure payment. In Czech if one spouse does not have the funds, the other one must step in and fill the spot.... as I mentioned it would be wise to learn something about the law over there as it is really different.

Pack, if it's possible for you to post the Czech laws you're referring to, that would be a big plus for all concerned. Personally, I would not know where to find them if i was looking. Yeah, I know, google, but which laws, exec.
Happy New Year.

Joanro..

reasonable request that cant be answered by me as I don;t have the knowledge/access. If I would look for any law, I would contact an attorney who can direct me to the correct "book", paragraphs and section under which my case would fall.
I am sorry I can't help more.
