In this video at the 40-42 second mark what is the blue steps in the back of the room called. Looking to purchase them for puppies but not able to find them. Thank you All

They do look interesting, but I don't think I've ever seen them anywhere before. Why not call the place the video was shot-- www.siriusk9.com --and ask them what they're called and where they got them?
Edited to add: You know what? The more I look at it as something that's NOT originally intended as dog equipment, the more I think it looks like the hose bridges used in industrial applications, so you can drive heavy vehicles over the large diameter hoses without damaging them. 'Cause that black corrugated tunnel sort of things in the corner near the blue things sure looks like the plastic culvert-type pipe I see being put in alongside the road in drainage ditches...
