So, there is no more KKL1 or KKL2? Just KKL
by Sheesh on 18 November 2012 - 21:11
As of when?

by Bhall on 19 November 2012 - 01:11
I guess not too long ago. They do not have 1 or 2 anymore and there are alot of other changes also.

I did a breed survey this very morning (with the first dog I have raised and trained from a puppy, all "HOT") and got KKL1. I saw two other dogs get KKL2. So I guess in the USA that is not in effect yet.

Any idea why the change (s)?
by Gustav on 19 November 2012 - 03:11
Because the dogs that were getting kk1 or recommended for breeding did not make as much sense as the dogs getting kk2 or suitable for breeding. So if you make it just one you don't have to explain the upside downness....jmo.

OK that makes about as much sense as anything else in the everchanging dog world. Thanks.

what next???????

by trixx on 19 November 2012 - 04:11
are they still going to have LBZ ( life time ) ?

by Bhall on 19 November 2012 - 11:11
I really don't know. I just know that my new male in Germany went on Saturday for his KKL and that is when I found out. They can't write about courage and they can't write "for the betterment of working abilities etc"
