A puppy buyer lives near Houston and is looking for a good, holistic-minded but down to Earth vet that will not throw a fit at minimal vaccines and raw food. I am sure there are far more good, progressive vets familiar w/the Dodds protocol and such in Houston than there are near me.  Anyone with good suggestions/experiences, please respond here or via email, Jen@vomeisenherz.com so I can make him a list. Thanks in advance!

I know that...I don't know his exact address yet. I thought I'd give him a list of a few to choose. His office is in 77027, on West Loop South Rd.??? Dunno how close his house is.

He could live anywhere in the suburbs. Get his home address.

Even though you may find such a vet, the puppy buyer is still going to have to stand up to the groomers, boarding and daycare places, and training classes that will demand annual vaccinations.

But I can give you a few names based on where he lives.

Daycare? Training classes? Groomers? Yikes...I must be a bad owner. I've never done any of this stuff w/mine. I do it all myself. LOL

He was recommended to me by a training club. He has a live-in nanny who will be caring for the pup and children while he works. I will ask what suburb. He's a doctor himself, so I would think that they might listen to him and spare him the b.s. lectures...we can hope.

From my experience on the places that require vaccines.... No exceptions; no matter who you are.   That said, I have no recommendations for the Houston area, but if needed, I can give a recommendation for a vet in North Dallas (Saturday hours).  It is about 5 hours from N. Houston, but if he is like me, if it is not an emergency, willing to do some traveling for a good doctor.

You also might try the College Station area (Tx A&M vet school).

PM me if you need the info.
