Dear Pedigreedatabase Members and Users of the Pedigree Information,
on behalf of the owner and the administration we would like to point out again that some of the pedigrees listed here on our site can be fraudulent. While we do our best to find and delete them, some might not be detected.
Please remember to not solely rely on the accuracy here when considering a purchase and try to verify the content on other sites such as http://www.schaeferhund.de/site/index.php?id=688

Hello k9nme,
most of our members do not speak or read German, but most people are resourceful enough to use an online translator just for the few words they need to understand how the SV hip score data base works. I took the trouble to do it and will give you the translation of the few words you do need to understand:
Hundename - Name of Dog (First name)
Zwinger - Kennel (name)
SZ-Nummer - SZ number (which is the SV registration number).
This means that the SV gives you three different ways to find dogs. Either by their registration number or just the first name which means you will have to wade through pages of dogs to find yours or by the kennel name without the vom or von. Why don't you give it a try to see how easy it is to navigate? If you need any more assistance jsut post here and somebody will surely help you.
Anyway, Pedigree Administration posted this disclaimer because we do not want anybody to get defrauded based on information here. Lately, people seem to have been purchasing a dog or dogs which do not exist in reality but only here (the pedigrees have since been removed). We wanted to be helpful and prevent that from happening again. The SV site really is the only one we knew of which is not privately owned.
