Well, you could bring some more protein to her diet. Meats help build up muscle and give energy to the dog. I also give my dogs salmon oil for thier coats as well as eggs. Good luck with your girl.

If you have goat meat available, feed it to her raw, and some raw liver and raw unwashed tripe. Good luck.

Moderate exercise will help increase appetite if she
is not a hearty eater. Walking in sand, up hills etc
are good ways to build muscle. Start slow and build
your distance up with her.

If it is too hot, my appetite goes down too.
Feed her when the temperatures drop, early in the morning, late at night, or if you feed two meals do it at the coolest times of the day if possible. I feed once a day and it is nearly dark in the Summer so the dogs have decent appetite. I feed raw only so I don;t worry as much about their guts getting bloated.

As workingdogz suggested, exercise her, but only if the temperature is not too high. My dogs do OK by about 87 degrees (walking them running on a meadow) and then they are too hot. I only swim them afterwards as I have a nice lake here and not too far.

I run them (me biking) early in the morning, when the temperature drops down to nice 60ties. But I have only about 20 minutes per dog to do this before it gets too warm. Use common sense and take it easy, 40 C is Way too hot to do much even for me and I don;t have a furry coat.
