Just came on the news , not much info, but the LA-Tech Mascot BULL DOG DIED earlier this week after 3 days of a MYSTERIOUS incident. RIP TECH XX
at a veteriniarian Hospital...SOMEONE left the BUll DOG outside in the extreme HEAT and it was too late for this dog. Employee of the vet now a FORMER employee who tried to cover it up and a KIDNAPPING APB was issued only to discover the dog had died in the care of the VET who is heart broken.

HOW HORRIBLE, and PETS need to be kept cool with misters or go out and spray them down and provide plenty of water..
CHange the water buckets two or three times as the water was so hot here today and buckets are not even in the sun.
106* this after noon here .

Ah that is so awful. Yesterday when we were in Ada at the goodwill store the radio said 115--of course the news said it was only 108. Last night at 10 pm my computer said it was still 108. Anybody is a fool to think it doesn't affect everybody but especially the dogs. If they are outside where they are in the heat all the time yes definately misters, water changes etc. My big dogs have a doggy door and they stay in most of the time. The rest of the time I am shuffling puppies in and out all day.
Somehow I knew when I opened this it was be an English Bulldog. They have such breathing problems anyway...................Poor puppy.

When it's a hundred here, outside dogs are in the house, in crates of course, to prevent fights. But the humidity is so stinking high already, that misting them is only going to add to the stifling humidity. Humidity doesn't allow evaporation, which is how dogs cool through panting. So I bring them in during extreme heat and put them back out for the night.

It's a crying shame that the one place any animal should be safe from the elements had to die due to negligence or stupidity or both. That tec needs to be charged and prosecuted.

Yea it broke my heart to see that! I mean don't leave your dogs in the heat, and especially not bulldogs.
