I think a trip to the vet is in order.

Even the best veterinarian in the world cannot diagnose your puppy's problem over the internet, and we are NOT veterinarians. However, I think it's possible the puppy may have inherited some sort of genetic defect. There are too many other possibilities to mention though.
You say the puppy is in pain. Why are you letting it suffer? Please take this puppy to a vet. If you can't afford to do this, WHY are you letting your female have puppies? GET HER SPAYED!

From the sound of his post, it seems it just started doing that "now". Also, by him posting and asking opinions here BEFORE going to the vet is what many do that is experiencing something for the first time. It doesn't mean he can't afford it. I know that if I would experience something like that for the first time, I would ask here where there are many that may have experienced and could help me before I panicked. Lets face it, many experienced breeders that may have that specific breed knowledge is better than one vet's experience on hundreds of breeds in general. We all know how some vets are quick on the trigger.
