Is FCI allowed to mate brothers or father to daughter or son to mother or not? If someone can help me i need link from FCI to prove this?

How do you mate Brothers?
You mean Brother to Sister
Or maybe it's just too early and I'm not "getting it".

LOL, I think it would be better if no one "gets" it.

Brother and Sister? Um, no I'm really not for it. Maybe some people will agree but that's far too close for my comfort.

you may be toying with a breeding disaster. I just hope and wish knowledgeable/expirienced breeders and members help by replying your post. One thing for sure, if closely related dogs are bred, is that "faults" are "damagely enhance"; if your dog has any congenetal defects or apperent fault, then expect that "fault(s)" dangerously enhanced in their puppies/progenies. Read a little of "inbreeding". I'll suggest or advise against such breeding by a novice.

Beetree,
LOL.  Probably is better that no one "gets it".
Yes, matings any closer than 2-3 (in my book) is WAY to close. I've seen 2-2 done before by a very experienced Breeder, but I will wouldn't recommend it.

Is there anything from the FCI that shows breeding 2 - 2 doesn't get registered?

If you have to ask the question, then you probably don't know enough about breeding dogs to consider an inbreeding. The question isn't just -  will the litter be eligible for registration, it's do you know enough about genetics and pedigrees to allow it to happen? Has either dog had any health checks - hips, elbows, DM at the minimum? If you already said, I missed that.

I am have problems understanding all of this. IF you dogs are out of the same father, different mothers, it is a half brother x half sister mating.

Each dog (and human, for that matter) carries a large number of recessive genes. These are genes that aren't 'expressed' (don't show up) unless there are two copies of the gene present. The chances of the dogs inheriting two copies of the gene are greatly increased when mating close relatives.

Recessive genes can be lethal, or cause severe defects in the pups. Some, such as the long coat gene, are harmless. However, you have no way of knowing that beforehand.

I've heard of whole litters having to be euthanized due to matings that were done between close relatives. You're playing with fire to attempt it.

NO, usually works.
