like last year the all breedchampionships was won by a GSD , unfortunately there was only one dutch shep and the rest were malis and GSD

Why do you seem to be surprised? Schutzhund/IPO is a sport designed as a breed test for GSD's.
I"d expect the Mals and DS to do better in the Ring Sports.

for several years the dutch all breed were more malinois in the top , this is changing , if you look at czech republic it is changing the other way around , less gsd in the top now and more malis
