So, the puppy that is still here (she leaves fairly soon) was a little too annoying to Max.  A little over a week ago Max bit her, she bled a little, but the wound has pretty much healed....she since then quit being a pest towards him, but she has a little bit of a bump on her muzzle now. The other dogs just play with her, Max....is "too good" (probably because of his rank over the pack) to play with the other dogs typically.  It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all, she acts 100% normal in every way, and she's not in pain by any means.  Anyway, would any sort of cream help the swelling? It hasn't gotten any worse at least. In the pictures, keep in mind the spot beside her nose, and the other side of her muzzle is just dirt. She was digging earlier (typical Husky) and still had some on her face a little bit.  I circled (or tried to circle on here) the spots that were just dirt, in the third picture that I'll attach.   The swelling (if you can't tell) is below her mask, on our left. There is a slight little mark there from the bite itself, but it's pretty well healed.  Anyway, thoughts? Will benadryl help anything? Or any type of creams?

I "attempted" to circle them with the drawing thing on paint on the computer.  Little Dude is behind her with his dirty nose as well.

Looks like it could be abscessed and may need to be lanced.

The "bump" is very obvious.  I've seen these before and they've always been abcesses.   It needs to be drained (lanced).  The skin may have healed, but there is still a pocket of infection under the skin.
She'll have to go to the vet's to get this taken care of.  It could go away on it's own, but there is also a good chance that it will get worse...and the ones that get worse look really, really nasty (and smell.)
Do NOT rub or squeeze it, that could cause it to break under the skin's surface and if it doesn't have a way to drain directly out of the body then it will cause blood poisoning.

Sometimes with an abcess you can pick off the original scab and it will drain.  I also take a syringe( take the needle part off) and irrigate the opened wound with peroxide.  If the scab comes off and it does not drain sadly it is a trip to the vet.  They will do a quick nick on it and irrigate.   If you feel squeamish defianately head to the vet to have it done.  Groomers are gross we can pick at icky things, have a bitch whelp in the lunch room and STILL eat our lunches without missing a beat.

On the first pic there's a little red spot above the lump. Could be a sign of an abcess forming from the bite, typically happens with a little hole like that and then it'll swell and burst open and ooze through the hole. That's my guess is it's an abcess forming. Is it sore if you touch it, or warm? You can try to take the scab off and it'll drain if it's an abcess, may need antibiotics.

macrowe, nope she doesn't mind it at all when I touch it, and it didn't feel warm .........Well, not to me anyway.  She acts full of energy, and still eats like a pig too.

GSDguy, hold a warm compress to the area first, and see if you can open it up with some pressure to let it drain. Or go to the vet. You could probably use some antibiotics, especiallly if the infection goes deep.

If you want to do antibiotics, you can order the ones for fish online. I had to put my old dog on Amoxicillin a while back and I ordered it from Revival Pet.. I ordered the 500mg.

Abscess. Pup needs to be vetted, the wound drained, and antibiotics by mouth or injection started--abscesses contain anaerobic bacteria, which thrive w/out exposure to oxygen, and consequently can quite easily go systemic. That she doesn't mind when you touch it is not surprising, given she's a Siberian and not inclined to be a crybaby.  For the record, with this kind of wound--a puncture wound--it is vitally important to allow (or make it) *bleed* initially to flush out any dirt, hair, or debris that gets into the puncture, and to keep the wound open initially to encourage drainage while the base of the wound begins to heal.  This prevents anaerobic bacteria that was "injected" with the bite from multiplying by virtue of the wound's continued exposure to oxygen.

So guys.....I woke up this morning, and there was just a very tiny bit of blood, it looks like it popped in one little spot......and the swelling itself is completely gone now, as flat as can be. I still have antibiotics coming today that she'll be getting to be on the safe side. Her face looks normal though, just need to wipe the little spot of blood off, but the fur never went away from her face or anything, and she was just as playful and goofy as ever.
