this is the x rays taken today of my 13 months old gsd im not familiar with this x rays so any advice of the position and probabli hip dysplasia thanks

This one is probably the one positioned the best of them all but they still did a lousy job. I assume the dog was sedated? I think they would come back OFA Mild if you submitted them, but I wouldn't do so with these.

I would guess mild dysplasia. Loose sockets and changes present on the left femoral head.

MILD?? NO way! That left hip is more than half way out of the socket, and even though the x-rays aren't the best, you can clearly see it in all of them, except the one where the knees are flexed!
I'd say moderate at best, more likely severe.

May I ask....
How much does your dog weigh?
From what I see, hips look moderate, and dog looks overweight.

well thanks for the comments .. yes de dog was sedated when they perform the x rays..and the dog weigh is 97 lbs but he's abig boy and thick .... any suggestions on what to do what exersice is good for him.... hi is not limping or anything he don't have problems in sitting or raise he's a very fast runner and never notice anything because like to play alot
