Trouble adding two (well known!) males to a pedigree - Page 1

Hi
I'm having no end of trouble getting two males to show on a pedigree I'm trying to complete.  Both are 'well known' and it's telling me they are already registered.  So why are they not showing on the pedigree?   Help please.

Update -   Panic over.  I discovered the punctuation (gap between a full stop) was missing when I put in one of the names - by adding a gap, the database was activated!!!  I'm not sure what happened with the other one, but anyhow, it's now worked.   Sorry to have bothered you.  But thanks.

 Second prob ...... under Your dogs, I'm seeing 'No Dogs found'.  I have some of mine on here, either under our old Canadain affix Verulam, or our newer UK KC affix, Albanium.  Both Basset Hounds.  Any help?

Sorry a will take adventage of this message to ask help, the thing is that i have just registering my pup, the size is asked but when I ended to register him, there is a message saying taht I  wrote a wrong size. (I wrote 50 cm) have i to ignore it?
