Having trouble fixing obvious mistakes in pedigrees

I have updated pedigrees recently on the site. I have added dogs as well to get this done. Some newly added dogs wont show up. Why is this happening? Also, this has wrecked a few pedigrees. I would rather have no information than the wrong information though. Be nice if everyone who added to this site backed up what they add with fact.

Well, I added a dog last night. Pelto's Opal, with picture. Olde english bulldogge. She won't show up in a search. She is out of http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/bulldogge/dog.html?id=1028673 & http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/bulldogge/dog.html?id=1028680
She does not show up in Progeny of these two. I don't get it. Reregister her and she pops up as duplicatehttp://www.pedigreedatabase.com/bulldogge/dog.html?id=1304778 Then she won't show up as progeny of her parents.

Also, added Spike Hammer with a picture today. Can't find him either now. He is the father of Pelto's Daisey. When I add him as Daiseys Sire and hit update. It goes to say no info on Dam (not Sire). Glitch of some sort. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/bulldogge/dog.html?id=1028686

This appears to be a glitch in the search. I will contact the site owner. Please be patient as he is very busy. I will post back here when I know further.

Connecting dogs works off the search. If the search is messed up you will not be able to connect pedigrees. I checked other breeds and they are also messed up.
