Four days old puppy 1 lb 8 oz is too big?It almost ten inches long for anal to nose.I think this is the reason why their mother has depleted calcium? What is the right time give her puppies back?

My advice is, that you give her one or two puppies and let her feed the puppies. I think she is showing you, that she want to take care for her puppies. Of course, do not give her all the puppies at once.
If she will feed the puppies and the puppies will sleep after feeding,  change the puppies, give her the other puppies an let her feed them. Or give her all the puppies and let her feed them for a while, and after then you feed them by bottle.
It is so hard to find a good advice because every dog is a special dog with his special needs and I do not know your female. You know her very well, so by observing her and her reaction, you will know what is good and what is not good for her.
Good luck with the puppies and the mother.

Greetings!
Your dog has been operated? Why you have taken away puppies from it?

Because the vet told her to. The bitch had low calcium, which can lead to milk fever, if the pups contintue to suck and pull calcium from her:  http://www.petmd.com/dog/conditions/reproductive/c_dg_eclampsia  http://www.petmd.com/dog/conditions/reproductive/c_dg_eclampsia  Milk fever happens most often with first litters, which is what this was, and is deadly if not treated.

She was also dehydrated, and had a serious infection from a dead puppy which got stuck inside her and had to be delivered by C-section.

Treatment of Milk Fever:

Your veterinarian will advise you to take the puppies away to prevent them from nursing, to be hand fed with a commercial milk for 24 hours, or until the mother’s serum calcium is stabilized. If, after the mother stabilizes, you opt to let the puppies continue nursing, you will need to return to your veterinarian to monitor calcium levels in your dog's blood. Depending on whether her body is able to begin producing sufficient amounts of calcium on its own, she may need to remain on calcium supplements for some time. Your doctor will determine this.

If your female has such a diagnose, you should ask the vet what to do. You asked for advice but you did not explain what is her problem. I gave you my advice about feeding the puppies but after you axpalantion the whole problem I agree that you shuold follow the vet advices.

Trois Basiers, there was a previous thread on this that explained the whole problem:http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/forum.read?mnr=162978

It was posted on the GSD forum rather than the the General Topic forum.

Last litter for me there were 4 pups from  1# 8oz to 1# 14oz. The mom developed milk fever and I had to leave her at the vet for several hours to get her hydrated and Calcium back up. She had been on prenatal vitamins during pregnancy too. I never wormed her during the pregnancy either not that it makes any difference because my vet says that larvae remain dormant in the udders.
Watch her carefully because it can permanently knock the shine off of a good breeding female.
