1) VERY Poor quality welds at the hinges.
2) Door hinge fell apart in a little over a year.
3) TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have left messages over the past weeks and no return call.
4) Cheap quality panels.
5) Roof canopy restricts the use of the door.
6) Roof canopy wears through at the cross bars that hold it up.
7) Unless staked toteh ground, the slightest breeze blows it around when on concrete pad.
8) Shipped badly damaged panel, replaced it, BUT WOULDN'T TAKE THE BAD PANEL BACK. They told me that it was up to me to dispose of it!! It cost me $50.00 to have it disposed of!!
9) If you want to get talked down to, and be sold an inferior product, than this is the place to go. (I wish they were local. I KNOW they wouldn't talk down to me the way they did if the conversation were face to face) Newsflash K9Kellels: NOONE LIKES A TELEPHONE TOUGH GUY!

I suppose your speaking of panel kennels.
I looked at three brands before buying, in person not online.
There is a lot of difference out there with various prices.
One thing, kennels with canopy's need to be anchored down for sure.
I bought mine from a building materials company locally and my only complaint is the light weight chain link gage.
One weld has cracked, but the price was right and I am satisfied at what I got for the price I paid.
10X10 was a little over $200.00.
