German Import paperwork - Page 1

I received my pink SV papers from the breeder of my pups.  There is a form included that I have not seen before.  It appears to be a transfer of ownership form with the heading Tierhalterwechsel and Formular zur Mitteilung eines Tierhalterwechsels under it.  Does this need to be sent to the SV with the papers when I apply for the Bescheinigung, or is just something this breeder does.  I have not ever purchased from her before.  None of my other German Breeders have included this in the papers sent to me.  Wondering if this is something new with the SV.  The breeder is slow to reply back to emails so Im hoping someone here can help.

I've never purchased an import myself, so I can't really speak as to what's the standard procedure, but since you haven't gotten any replies so far, your best bet is to contact the SV and ask them directly. Send an email to Sabine Leib at this address: akc@schaeferhunde.de, or you can fax her a copy of the document and your questions to this number: 0821 74002-902 Everyone who regularly deals with import paperwork here says that Sabine is terrific about responding quickly and clearing up any questions they've had, so I would expect your experience would be no different. I would, however, expect there might be some delay in having any correspondence answered until after the holidays are past...so you might want to wait until after New Year's.

I found out from Breeder the form is the transfer of the TASSO ISO Transponder/Microchip.   It has nothing to do with SV.  Just wanted to pass the info along.
