What are some positives and negatives about the P.T. with the finger kick?

How is the battery life?
Durabillity?
User friendly?

Does any one know when their newest collar is being released?

First, start by contacting Martin systems, they will
be glad to help you. If they are still in business.
I believe the finger kick is very good for people
who fully understand the cuing and association
of this device as opposed to a hand held e- signal.
I worked for NATO for 5 years, and this was used
a lot as the exercises were very dynamic. We also used
ultra sound cues and light strobing. The dogs were
high end and bred for fast association of non aversive
stim, so we rarely had to do corrections that were more than
a lite buzz. It is used for very fast  associations and you need
too be spot on with your cue or correction. Or you may very well
train your dog to do something incorrect. Hope this helps.....Not for
most people, the finger kick.
I used it for training police and military dogs, to overcome obstacles and
bonding to the handler. You may ask what others have done with it,
but it's like asking for the algorithm of a C++ computer program,  to high
school computer science students.

Not exactly what i was looking for... I know how to use e-collars.

I was asking what people thought about a specific brand of e-collars. Back to the OP you will see a few questions i had about that product.

I have 2 collars and use them everyday from tracking to protection. The finger kick is nothing more than a blue tooth device (like a cell phone ear piece) that moves the stim button to your finger so you can eliminate the presence of the remote in your hand.  You simply put the remote in your pocket and where you would press the stim button on the remote you now press the button on the finger kick instead.

Huge positive is you don't have to have the remote in your hand. You can train clean.

You can also program 2 kicks, 1 for continous, 1 for momentary or 1 as a clicker which is built in.

Another positive feature is that the collar receiver is very small and light, I use 2 collar receivers so the stim is not directional.

Downside you need to purchase in Belgium and ship back to Belgium if you need repairs. And you need to keep the batteries charged.

You can order through Bart Bellon http://www.dog-sport.be/en/index.php  He is very helpful.
