I'm sitting here at the end of my day looking back and I'm betting I'm not the only that has concluded (if you are honest) 1. 90% of my conversations are with something that barks. 2. Another 5% of the remaining 10% of my conversations will be about something that barks. 3. My schedule revolves around when somebody has to be trained or let out or fed or kennel cleaned. 4. I'm sitting on the couch and I really have to pee and I find myself holding it in bc the dog is sleeping so well and I know as soon as my foot hits the floor she will be wide awake to follow me to the ends of the earth. and she must be tired. 6. The best parts of my day involve things that bark. So who else REALLLYYYY Has to pee?? LOL

I am with you on that, I seem to have better conversations with my dogs than with my husband, at least they listen and whine now & then. LOL

How many guys here have their wife meet them at the door every day with a smile on their face wagging, their tail, wanting to kiss your hand, and wanting to be petted????? LOL
Dogs do it for you every day regardless of the mood you're in, or they are in.

Guilty and I wouldn't want it any other way!

Me too - although I'd have to admit to 100% of my time going mostly to the dogs but with some given over to my Son when he's at home. Of course its 100% the dogs when he's with his Dad or at school. When he's at home the dogs are involved in everything he does anyway. The only thing either of us do without the dogs is take a shower - and if my Son had a choice, they'd be involved in that too!

Well...honestly the more I get to know my dogs and my breed the less I care to know anything about people, people disgust me and though I know I am not deserving of my dogs I am sure glad they are there.

Yep- I r-e-a-l-l-y gotta pee right now, but if I do get up to walk to the BR, the quiet that has descended upon the house will vanish, & 4 noses will be up & following, looking for fun at my side, or worrying that I don't know how to negotiate the bathroom independently (I can only assume that's why they feel the need to accompany me to the toilet! LOL) And we just now finished the morning routine with the dogs. And I'm wondering if I have any possible kind of legit reason to NOT go to work, so I can stay home with my barkers & poor hubby! (so I won't have to converse with a bunch of 2-leggers!) LOL! jackie harris

The only one(s) that love me as much as I love them ARE my dogs. As yogiebear said, I don't see a problem here.
