Unfortunetly these days it's better if you watermark all of your photos prior to uploading them onto the net. It makes the photo bad, but at least people can't pass them off as one of their own. It would be too much time to actually erase the watermark.

I would of been flattered if he was the new owner of the said dog using it on his website with the logo intacted. BUT this is not the new owner or the said dog (which is a female, his is a male) and he BSing people in to thinking his male looks this nice. :(

Arian,
Who is your web designer? You see, the problem I have with that excuse is that There should only be 3 people who have the picture that was stolen.
EK who took the lovely shot. Myself whom she took the shot for, and the very nice lady in CA who purchased the female pictured (Gina von der Planwarte) from me. The picture is under the more pictures link here on the PDB on Gina's pedigree and also on my website under the following acknowledgement:
(New pictures taken by BE's Photo Designs 5/2010)
So this picture was deliberately "lifted" aka stolen for use.
So if you stand by your statement that you did not post the picture and that you are not a picture thief, then give up the name of your Web Designer who posted the stolen and altered picture in question.
Thank You.
