be aware........ many of the photos from this site are of Joe Tackett training dogs and are from The Good Shepherd Schutzhund Club website which is now off web.
as a matter of fact; my husband, Hero z Eurosportu (our dog) and Joe Tackett are in the second photo from the bottom - taken from my website.
this secific website only gives a phone number and no city, no names, no email address, no references .... they do not identify themselves.....
the only "trained" do that they have for sale is a 5.5 month Chi.
i spoke to this person who said he has been training dogs for over 30 years, but wasn't very specific, i asked him if he knew Joe Tackett or if he had ever visited or trialed a dog with the Good Shepherd Schutzhud club and he said NO, so I asked him to take the photo off of his web. He hung up on me and the photo's still there.
all i can say is that i would think twice before doing business with this person.

Are you able to report this person for fraud, deception, conspiracy to defraud (customers), theft (of YOUR picture) etc? I would call back and state that YOU own that particular photo and you WILl instigate legal proceedings against him if the picture isn't removed IMMEDIATELY. make it very clear that no further warnings will be given.
Once you've said what you want to say (I woudl also write it down so as not to forget anything) then don't give him the opoprtunity to reply. Hang up on him as he has done you.
It amy also be worth stating that you are going to inform the owners of the other photos he has stolen; after all, he doesn't know who you know and the dog world is very small.
At best this is misleading, at worst this man is a criminal who thinks he can do as he pleases.
Good luck.

I don't have copy right protection on this photo, it has been used publicly and he's smart enough to cut the heads of of Ken and Joe. I cannot do anything about this photo.......... Joe Tacket passed away a few months ago, so I'm sure he won't be complaining about this or the other photos.
I less concerned about the photo as I am that this guy may be trying to rip people off.....one would think that a "retired police officer" who's been "training dogs for 30 years" would have a few photos of his very own.

original photo

on his web
Maybe I should just be flattered and drop it at that......

I've been meaning to watermark all the photos on my website but I cringe at how long it would take me to do it.
I'm so sick of crooked people.

Ditto TIred of DOG CROOKS
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST
I cannot believe someones GAUL to have pics they stole from another up on a website and he is a former K9 Trainer
I prosecuted one in Harris Co, back 19 yrs ago , so it really doesn't surprise me
JUST makes me FURIOUS".. Yes I , means I worked the case I spent 3,000.00 of my money working with Harris Co SO and ast. DA . Andrew Turbyville , took him to trial., with my hard work and the other officers of the SO. office. We had my dogs involved, the Dept. dogs involved in his lies, and the Gal. co SO officers dogs involved.
My K9 , was never found, but we had proof he was sold and we had 3 felonies on him by end of the trial, of which , I was introduced to the court , as the LADY who would not take NO for an answer.
THe DA, came to me , day of beginning of the court trial , and said the main witness, would not give up her stories of not knowing about this trainer using her pups as my pups and selling them as European pups, imported from CHECZ and my dog , also another K9, he claimed to have imported and charged the two ladies a kennel fee and a fee to go to Houston International to pick up said gsd. THE gsds were my breeding out of my kennel and sold to this trainer , employed by Harris Co. SO, by Gal CO. SO. trainer , and we had to supbeona dogs and now owners and we did get 3 felonies on this K9 Trainer.
THE DA wanted to not WASTE the tax payers time and money trying to get a conviction on this man, who lied even to get his job with Harris co. so./
I threw a book across the table at the DA as he slid it very quickly down the table to me with her deposition in it..for me to read
I told him to deputize me and I would try the case.
The K9 officer, certified by State of Texas, came in , and he said, yes, we are going to trial.
We did
We proved all facts, and he was found guilty of 3 felonies, and two dropped as we could not find the other two dogs.
SO you see, dogs and lies and fraud go on everywhere..WHEN it effects me, or my friends, I get very much upset and will help all I can to uncover and stop these people.
YR
YES< Isengard....we all work too hard to be honest, loyal breeders and these people should not be let to do things underhanded.
