So, I'm trying to decide a name for this little guy. I'm absolutely BLANK.  I use to really like Egyptian stuff, so maybe something Egyptian? All suggestions would be appreciated though, Egyptian or not.  I'll post a better picture of him tomorrow probably that shows him playing, he was tired in this picture.  Anyway, a description of him.....He's a medium level energy pup, social with strangers, but doesn't get excited by them. He's actually very calm when meeting new people.  He's fairly high drive for a Husky, loves going for the rag or tug.  He's extremely confident, no loud noise, person, dog, or anything seems to bother him.   He's friendly, but not clingy.  Anyway just somewhat of a description of him to help when thinking of names.  Any names suggestions would be appreciated. He's from our litter, so I'm not limited to a specific letter.

I think he was stalking a bug here, starting to get ready to pounce on it. He should have more black on the sides with grey markings and undertones eventually when he gets an adult coat in. He's only about 8 weeks in this picture.

And here is a front picture, he was sleepy here.

I always think, that larger breed dogs need regal names, so I'll save the "Fluffy" and "Spot" for the small breed name suggestions. Since names are such a subjective thing, I hate to toss out my ideas, but here goes:

Cash, Wolfgang, Axel, Neeko, Dakota, Faro (or Pharoah), Daxx, Ringo, Artemis, Zultan, Xavier, Chinook, Tariq, Primus, Calix, Balthazar, Sebastian, Rocque, Amadeus, Riggs, Kaos, Chico,

Personally, I think about dog names all the time...male ones in particular. I like something, that oozes a bit of machismo. I could go on forever, but you'd get tired of reading my list. I always ponder the things that I like, and spin them into a name. Do you like sports/a specific team/player/athlete/drink (Jack Daniels)/motorcycle (Harley, Ducatti)/movie/actor? Anyways...good luck with whatever you choose. He is a handsome boy, so he needs a name, that will compliment his good looks.

What a cute husky pup. Looks "coudy" by colour. Why not call him "cloudy". . . Love Egyptian stuff, then call him "ramses" or "cradle". Nile, xandria, memphis(my bitch's name), oasis, rapha, gliph, or even medit. Goodluck.

Ramses, Cairo, Arkahn, Tut, Vijay, Pharoah, Jacques...

We used to have a Husky names "Thunder", but he looked more like the one in your picture.

Ymka.... pronounced "Oo-mka" that was a name of a baby polar bear in the 70's or early 80's....i think they even had a cartoon with the same story, he was saved while he was in the open ocean on a floating piece of ice which was melting hundreds of miles off the land...they even had a huge cover story on him...i remember i begged my parents to buy me a stuffed white polar bear and i named him Ymka....anyways...just a suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.  Hallix, I like the name Osiris.  Dewulf, I like the names Ra and Ramses from your list.  I'll try to pick from those three.  I do like Pharoah, but it's used so much.

SHILOH IS A GOOD NAME. SEEMS FUNNY TO HAVE A HUSKY WITH AN EGYPTIAN NAME. JMO
