I asked the owner on her FB page why she refused to be interviewed by the DA. She stated that the truth would have been twisted if she did and that the truth would come out during the lawsuit. So, of course I asked her if it was that important for her to show the officer was wrong, why wasn't she representing her dog so criminal charges could be filed against the officer. Is it just for the money from a lawsuit and fame? So, yeah, I have officially been blocked from the FB page.

After reading everything I have to ask this one question
IF the owner is standing there and saw the dog "get up" and "start towards" to officer and "Yelling the comand no" did not work........ WHY would you not go and get the dog?
from the sounds of it there was more then enough time to get her A** over there and collect the dog. Personally I side with the officer and the owner should be charged with failure to control a dog, and if apply the failure to use a leash.
