Here's the thread that I read when our vet told us that Senta was underweight at 55 lbs (6 months old).

Dont worry about the number on the scale. Can you see his two back ribs when he turns? If so he is perfect weight

The charts only provide a rough estimate. Take a look at a weight chart for humans (eg. http://www.memorialhospital.org/library/general/weight-height_w.html)- are you in the number range for your height and frame? I'm at the high end of my range- at the low end, I look too thin. I prefer to use the "can I comfortably button my pants in the morning" criteria than a number on the scale.

i just had my pup at the vets for a check up 13 weeks old she 17 kilos and a clean bill of health
