I would also add a bit of fish oil to chicken fat.
I really don't know what precisely is chicken skin (how much lumpy fat is included in skin) but a dietary guide says one ounce of chicken skin has 8 grams of fat and 4 grams of (high quality) animal protein.
I assume chicken skin is skin from the breast area, with no major lumps of fat.
I am not concerned about too much protein.

I think a typical family of four will have enough chicken fat and skin for two GSDs' supplement.
