Vanguard + is approved for 6 weeks old. My experience is less is more, I would start with DHPP only at 6 weeks, if puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks, and ask the new owners to get a booster at 10 weeks. a 5+ Lepto vaccination is a lot of antibodies for those little puppies. But it depends on the diseases prevalent in your area. We rarely have Lepto here, so I wouldn't vaccinate until 6 months of age together with rabies. Make sure to ask your vet about current canine diseases in your area right now. There are many different opinions in the vaccination debate. You have to be comfortable with your decision.

As far as Lepo, unless there is more developement in the pass two years, Fort Dodge is the better vaccine. It has wider effectivenss. The recommendation in general is two doses starting at 12th week two weeks apart.
As far as others, such as parvo, many pups will overcome maternal interference as young as 6 weeks old, with modified live virus vaccine. Most by 12th weeks will.
