Oshkosh, Wisconsin - Bryan Hutcherson, 19, was charged yesterday at Winnegao County Circuit Court with the felony charge of mistreatment of an animal and causing its death. The criminal complaint came after an intensive investigation of a report of a dead puppy found on the sidewalk of the 500 block of Oak Street last week.

According to the criminal report and statements, Hutcherson purchased the puppy four months ago. Hutcherson and his 19 year-old girlfriend kept the brown and white pit bull pup in a small metal cage in their apartment. A tip from an informant stated the dog appeared skinny by the end of February, and the last time the dog was seen was on March 29. Snoop, which was the dog's name was shivering and covered with feces and urine.

When interviewed, and according to the Northwestern.com, Hutcherson admitted he stopped feeding the dog last month because it was "too stressful and costing too much money to feed him."

Well, glad to see they caught (and charged) this bonehead. Hope he serves *every* second of his sentence. Funny how stupidity will lead people to think a living, breathing being can be a surrogate for a stuffed animal. Gawd!!!!...people like this should be shackled to a bed, fed through a tub, and administered shock-therapy.

 Stupid people should,nt breed... And i,m not talking about dogs here...

 There are some people who are only alive for no other reason then it,s illegal to kill them.
